BS Europe President Christopher J. Wiernicki will give one of the keynote presentation at the opening

ABS Vice President of Energy Development William J. Sember will chair the session “Challenges Facing the New LNG Fleet.”

ABS Director of Technology Development, ABS Europe, Mahmood Mumtaz will present at the conference discussing the safety issues related to LNG operation, propulsion, construction and containment.

ABS Senior Engineer Dr. Xiaozhi (Christina) Wang will co-chair the sessions on “Repair and Wet Welding” and “Fatigue Design” with Alexandre Pope from the Petrobras Research Center. She will also present the paper "Fatigue Design Factors and Safety Level Implied in Fatigue Design of Offshore Structures."

ABS Americas Offshore Engineering Chief Engineer Pao-Lin Tan and ABS Group Services do Brasil Engineer Gerson Matter will present a paper on “Touchdown Analysis of Jack-Up Units for the Definition of the Installation and Retrieval Operational Limits.”
