Thank you for your interest in the
ABS Rule Manager. Upon submission of this form, access to the
ABS Rule Manager application will be granted to the individual
identified below as the Designated Company Administrator along
with instructions on how to establish access for other individuals
in your company.
Before submitting this request, please
make yourself aware of the terms and conditions associated
with the use of the ABS Rule Manager application as stated
in the ABS Rule Manager “Legal/Privacy” page and
associated references. Submission of this request is considered
to be an acknowledgement of and agreement to the terms and
conditions on behalf of your company.
An invoice for the first year’s
subscription in the amount of $500.00
(U.S.) will be forwarded
in accordance with the instructions provided below. Each year
thereafter, an invoice in the amount of an established annual
renewal subscription fee will be forwarded until a request
for cancellation of the subscription is received from your
Designated Company Administrator at RuleManager@eagle.org.
Failure to submit payment in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the invoice may result in termination of access
to the ABS Rule Manager application. |
