ABS Machinery Web Based Program provides interactive
calculation routines for various equations of the:
- Rules for Building and Classing Steel Vessels
- Rules for Building and Classing Steel Vessels under 90 meters
- Guide for Building and Classing Passenger Vessels
- Guide for Motor Pleasure Yachts
It also provides additional calculation tools for various formulae
not available in the Rules. All these routines have local XML
file for storage and retrieval of input data and calculations,
and printing out of input data and results.
CAUTION!
These routines are provided for the convenience
of the users of the ABS Rules and are not meant to be a substitute
for the Rules. Where there are disagreements between these routines
and the Rules, the latter shall govern.
