only. Users are required to be agreeing to provide ABS with accurate
and complete registration information.
Who do I contact if I have a
question/problem with ABS WebCalc?

Please have the following available when
reporting a problem:
GENERAL INFORMATION
• Company name
• ABS Worldwide Client Number [WCN- if available]
• Address
• Your name, phone number, email
• Are you the WebCalc Administrator for your company?
COMPUTER INFORMATION
• Operating System of computer having
the problem (Windows 95, 98 etc.)
• What version of Internet Explorer are you running? (Must
be version 5.5 or higher)
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
• Description of problems
• If an error, report specific message.
• When did the problem start occurring?
• Does the problem occur every time or occasionally?
• Have any other problems with the system been observed?
• Has any hardware and/or software been added and/or removed
recently?
• Identify any steps that have been taken to correct the
problem

Problems with viewing ABS WebCalc web pages are known
to occur over slow voice phone line dial-up connections
